It’s the most wonderful time of the year. Join us for the entire month of December as we celebrate Christmas at Hope City. We are so excited to be with you this Advent season as we celebrate the birth of our Savior, Jesus!
Join us this Christmas Eve for 7 powerful services filled with worship, prayer, and celebration as we honor the birth of Jesus Christ. While services are free of charge, preferred seating is limited, so we ask that you would reserve your seats here and present your tickets (on paper or your phone) when you arrive. You will need to reserve a space for your elementary aged (K-5th) children, Hope City Kids will be open for Infants, Toddlers, and Pre-K children only during the Christmas Eve Services.
Although all priority seating is reserved for the Christmas Eve services at Hope City, we will open seating to anyone without a ticket once the service begins. We will have additional seating available to help accommodate everyone.
To Reserve Tickets:
There is no cost to attend the Hope City Christmas Eve service. Please print your seating reservation ticket(s) and bring them with you to the service. Or, if you would prefer, you may store a copy on your mobile device. You must present your reservation ticket(s) at the door for priority seating. Those with a priority seating will be permitted to enter the auditorium when the doors open before the service begins. Everyone, including anyone without seating reservations, will be allowed to enter once the service begins.
Will childcare be provided? Do I need to reserve spots for them?
Hope City Kids will be open for nursery and pre-k children, but you will need to reserve a spot with you for your Elementary-age children in the main auditorium.
Will there be any changes to the normal weekend services on December 24th and 25th?
We have special services on Thursday, December 22nd, Friday, December 23rd and Saturday, December 24th. There will be no services on Sunday, December 25.
How many tickets can I reserve?
You can reserve places for up to ten people. Please only reserve seats for the number of people in your group who have confirmed they will be attending.
Can I make my reservation at church?
Yes, you can make your reservation at the Connections Center before or after any service as well as online.
Will I get a confirmation email once I make a reservation?
Yes. You will be emailed a confirmation which will include a link that allows you to print your seating reservation ticket(s). You will need to bring your reservation ticket(s) with you to the service.
If I made a mistake when registering online or I need to make a change, what is the process?
If you need to make a change to your reservation, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
If I discover I have too many tickets, should I return them?
