Devin & Sheila Lowe

Devin & Sheila Lowe married on July 19, 2003 and have 2 boys (Davis & Evin) and 1 girl (Annabel).

After serving in ministry for 12 years in San Antonio, the Lowe’s felt led to join Pastor Jeremy & Jennifer Foster’s new church plant in Houston, Texas. Devin and Sheila sold their home and resigned from their jobs, packed their family up and moved to Houston on June 1, 2015 to be a part of Hope City.

The Lowe’s love spending time with people, watching the San Antonio Spurs and  checking out new places with their family.

Welcome to our church!

We are excited to introduce you to a church that is full of real people, living in a real world, serving a real God. Something that is relevant enough to understand and address the needs of our culture without sacrificing the power of God.

At Hope City, our doors are wide open to people from all backgrounds, regardless of where they are on their spiritual journey. Our overwhelming desire is to share the love of Jesus worldwide. We exist to help you connect to a community of believers so you can know God, find freedom, discover your purpose, and make a difference in your world.

Come experience God with us! We can’t wait to meet you and get to know you better.

We believe church should be an enjoyable experience, so we have created a casual and comfortable environment where you can grab a cup of free coffee, relax, and be yourself. Bring your coffee and make your way to a seat and prepare for a high-energy and uplifting worship experience as well as a relevant, engaging message from our Pastor, Jeremy Foster.

Hope City Kids is a children’s ministry uniquely designed with your child in mind! This Sunday all children (babies through 5th grade) will experience safe, age-appropriate environments where the Bible is taught in a creative and relevant way. Our team will meet your family and assist you through our secure check in process.

If you are a guest, we will not embarrass you, have you stand up, or ask you to give money. We know that many people want to check out the church and “be anonymous” for awhile—and that’s fine with us! We would love to see you at launch!
